          Patricia Lynn Racette is an American opera singer and soprano known for her active performances in various opera houses around the world.

          She has developed a strong relationship with the San Francisco Opera, where she has been performing regularly since 1989. Racette has also worked with the Metropolitan Opera, making her debut in 1995.

          Early Life and Musical Education

          Racette was born in Manchester, New Hampshire, and her family moved to Bedford, New Hampshire when she was seven.
