Mr Putra Masagung has been with the Company since 1987.  He was initially appointed as a Non-Executive Chairman.

Mr Ben Yeo Chee Seong has been a Director of the Company since 1987 and was appointed Group Managing Director in 1994.  He has over 35 years of working experience across various fields such as audit, finance, management and in particular, the real estate industry.  Currently, he sits on the boards of the various subsidiaries of Guthrie Group.

Mr Yeo also serves as a member of the Board of Management of Anglo
