He was also an Executive Council member at the Number Resource Organization (NRO),[2] where he served as Chairman until 2014.[3] He is particularly focused on IPv6 deployment and capacity building as of late.

          He is a member of ICANN's Address Supporting Organization, and is involved in the ccNSO on behalf of AfTLD.[4]
